Hello everyone! My day is pretty busy today. I have a court hearing at 11am for my outstanding OWI charge. Its via Zoom and my attorney is going to request that it be put out to allow him to review the discovery materials and work with the DA on a potential resolution. So, it should be pretty quick. Then I work at the restaurant at 4pm. Last night I closed for the first time and didn’t get home until 12:45AM, which is past my curfew at the sober house I’m living in. Hopefully this doesn’t become a problem as I was told that when we close, we should be out of there by midnight at the latest, but last night it was after 12:30AM. I guess time will tell if this becomes an issue or not. I’m going to purchase a cheap bike so that will allow me to get home faster after closing as right now it’s about a 15-minute walk from the restaurant to the house.

Other than that, things have been going pretty well. I’m expecting to get my clothes and other items next week so that will be nice. Also, I have a few appointments this week and next around my driver’s license. I believe I’m almost ready to apply for an occupational license so that will be another option to get to and from work. Now that I’m working, I can reduce the number of AA meetings per week to 3 so that will be a lot easier to achieve going forward.
